I can't activate my new SIM

Hi all, 

 

I just got a new SIM, I am unable to active. I am having the following error. 

 

"The number entered does not belong to a valid Public Mobile Subscriber"

This is in regards to the referral of your friends phone number that you entered in during the activation process. This happens sometimes. If you are 100% sure your friends account is in good standings you will need help from the moderators to ensure the referral reward is applied.

@Haseena, as suggested, process the activation without the referral for now and separately asked the moderator team to add back the referral.  In the past, this was not allowed, but customers can have referrals added after the fact with legit reason of course.  This is a legit reason.
