I have two public mobile sim cards purchased online two weeks ago. one shows it's public mobile the other is dead. how do I get a replacement sim card?

Quick question

How do you know it's dead

Did you activate it and try to use it?

Did you use it in the same phone that you used the working one?

You can contact the moderators and ask for a new SIM with the link below. Have you tried the SIM in another phone? Maybe it is locked? 

 

SIM cards dont often break, what have you tried so far?
