how to go to apn settings

Ougoing but no incoming calls is normal behaviour when you first make the port in request. If this is the situation, just wait a few hours for it to complete; it is dependent on virgin tech support. You can try putting the virgin sim back in and see what happens.

BTW if you cancelled your virgin account before the port in completed that number is lost.

As of now its on telus network.

outgoing is possible

incoming is no happening.

Mobile data is not working

If you don't do this, MMS and Data access Just won't work

Also, DON'T forget to do this:

Here's another set, MUCH MORE detailed:

Welcome to Public Mobile

Enjoy

OK

Maybe Porting Activation is in process

Sometimes, it takes longer. Normally its Fast, like Instantaneous fast, rarely does it take like 30 min or 1 hr or more

its a 4G compatiable phone.its recognising telus network but not able to get incoming calls only.outgoing is possible now

Plus, India may not share the SAME spectrum as NA Carriers

Basically, Buyer Beware

Public Mobile's IMEI reader is NOT reliable

Has tendency to give out False Positive readings

If your Phone lacks any of these spectrum frequencies, Handset will not function

in india.i checked the IMEI no before porting.it said my mobile is compatiable

Telus/Koodo/PM

HSPA+4G Network Frequency Spectrum:

3G:  850/1900 MHZ
3G is the BARE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT for Talk + Text + Data

4G LTE:  1700/2100 MHZ
Some Phones might NOT be able to do Talk while on LTE, So depending on your device, go into your settings,  look for more, click, then look for Cellular Networks, Click, then look for Preferred Network Type, That's where you can choose between your 3G and 4G LTE settings

4G LTE Advanced:  700 MHZ
(Note: This specific Frequency is currently UNAVAILABLE, Currently being assembled; Also ONLY devices with THIS Built-In WILL be able to take full advantage of THIS; OLDER devices Will NOT Work on THIS

If you choose to bring your own phone, MAKE sure That it has these frequencies, and ALSO Unlocked.

Where did you purchase phone from?

Also, when did you activate new account? did you port your # from previous carrier, or choose a New #?
