my cell has been working fine, but since yesterday morning, it stopped working. I see the message: Invalid SIM card, emergency calls only.

 

This happend before once, and was resolved automatically after a couple of hours. But this time it last one day already.

 

Please help!

Have you tried using the questionable sim(s) in another phone, preferable a PM phone?  If your sim card works in the other phone, then it must be an issue with your phone.

i am having the exact same issue and i tried everything both sim ports. different size and as well as trying a new sim card after adding a new sim via my online account. there is an issue if this is happening to more than one customer. i havent had any service for almost 24 hours still getting the same message.

Having the same issue went back to the store tried a nother sim card.. neither of them are working.. and i literally just purchased it two days ago. Im pissed off i missed a telephone interview this morning .

Try removing and reinstalling your sim.  Also reboot your phone,

@sophia16 , have you checked your account to make sure that payments are paid up and the account is in active status?  If everything looks good in the account but your service is suspended, then you will need to reach out to the moderator team for assistance.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link.
