Hi @ghada, 

As @Martin pointed out -you need to make sure your APN settings are correctly configured. You can click on the following  post to get you up and running:

Hello @ghada,

Did you ensure that the APNs of your phone conform with PM's requirements?

Also, to send/receive MMS, data must be enabled even if you do not have data in your plan.

Does your plan include Text?
