Did you just activate? Maybe it's just temporary and will turn on very soon.

Can you provide us with a screenshot of your Account Status and Plans & Add-ons ? You'll need to log into My Account. This info will help us determine what type of plan you have and maybe help to get your problem solved.

Gonna need more information then that. What kind of phone you have ? Is it new or is it locked to a previous provider ? Do you have a PM data plan ? Lets start there for now.
