I recently purchased a "BLACKVIEW A60 PRO-DUAL SIM". I was told that it was compatible, for use in CANADA/MEXICO. When I placed my SIM card in, it showed up: TELUS and gave my phone number, but there is no network connection..

Can you help me to solve this matter? Can I go to a TELUS mobility store and get any help?

From what I can tell, Blackview phones use 900 and 2100 Mhz on 3G.  This phone won't work in North America.
