can't make phone call

try to make outgoing call...but announcement keep saying " - you can not make long distance call ..."

this happened fr two days ago... May.12

 want to open ticket and need help/action.

@Janet007 most likely you've used up all your min if you're on the $15 plan. you can check this by logging into your self serve or calling 611.

you can purchase an add-on for $5 500 canada wide minutes.

 Is it just long distance. Can you make a phone call anywhere else.

@Janet007 If you have minutes then restart your phone  and try dialing a 1 in front of the number.  Stay safe.

Janet, have you gone into your self serve to make sure that your plan has unlimited minutes? Are you on the 15.00 plan?

If you are then you will not have unlimited minutes and will need to add more minutes to your plan. 

On another note is it just saying this is a long-distance call long distance charges may apply? I get that every time if I do not press 1 before the number. But the call will still go through if you stay on the phone. 

You can download "textnow" if you are having issues with your phone until you can fix this issue.
