I say this is another weak offer by Public.A $20 acount credit for an over-priced phone isn't exciting. Not everyone will receive this. It's a targeted offer.

The SIM Card is mentioned in the original announcement made earlier this month

Can you refresh the browser for that ad and see if the $20 is still there. I thought I saw that $20 promo  earlier, but I do not see it anymore. I am not sure if they changed it since. TIA.

Took a closer look. The promo looks to be targeted.

"1.Effective November 23, 2020 until November 30, 2020 at 11:59PM ET. Offer available to existing Public Mobile customers who purchase a Certified Pre-Owned phone, from November 23, 2020 to November 30, 2020 at 11:59PM ET, with the same email address the existing customer received this offer from on November 23, 2020. Offer limited to one bill credit per Public Mobile account. The customer's account must be in good standing in order to receive the credit. Credit will be automatically applied to eligible accounts by January 5, 2021."
