Can't seem to get into my messages.  I keep getting a message to contact my service provider.  Anyone have any suggestions.  Sent a message to the service provider two days ago but they have not responded.     Doreen

@jessielibraHow are you dialing voicemail? What happens when you manally dial voicemail? If you been using the built in voicemail shortcut on the phone it may be that voicemail shortcut needs to be edited and when your phone dials voicemail it goes to a provider that does not have a voicemail account for your number. Try to call one of these numbers in your local area if it fixes the problem your voicemail shortcut needs to be edited.
