Sorry that those of us that actually looked at this thread earlier didn't reply to your post, other than asking you to edit out your personal information.
I'm not SURE exactly what you're saying in that post, but I THINK it sounds as though you forgot to top up your account, and then it got suspended before you actually did add funds to your account. If you have enough funds in your self-serve account, you should have a reactivate function available to you, in which case you can click on it to reactivate your service. You might also need to restart your phone once you've reactivated the account.
As for speaking with a human being, Public Mobile doesn't operate that way - you either get advice here, on the Community forums, or, if that doesn't help, you contact the Moderator team via their ticket system, and explain the situation, and one of the Moderators will hopefully be able to fix the issue.

People tend to skip topics without the solution when in hurry or panic

Did you notice where the OP said, "I had bought from public mobile in 2014"? I know PM doesn't sell phones now, but did they back then? At that point in time(without looking up when they were bought out), weren't they a company unto themselves, and NOT under the Telus umbrella?
