Hello,
I just got
Telus based unlocked Samsung Galaxy note 5
I have tried pretty much everything to fix this but couldnt do it.
apn setting , factory reset, apn setting after factory reset, rebooting, network reset and etc.
sim cards works fine with my other phone (note 3).
but this one keeps loosing network connection and even when I get connected I can't get
data work some times after reboot it connects it for 30sec and looses connection again.
I spend days try to fix it and no luck yet. I am not too sure what to do.
oh my account still has 6gb/12gb data left.

TLS = Telus / Koodo

I was thinking the same thing but since it's a Telus phone, there's nothing to change here. I give my had a shake each time these kinds of issues crop up with carrier phones. I just going understand the fascination with these brands. I am not a glutton for punishment.

@akdhane Try setting it for 3G only rather than LTE/auto. 3G seems to be the most stable signal if your phone has such issues.

From the sounds of it, your phone is busted!! Time to get an iPhone.

Currently I do not have other provider's SIM for testing out..
but seems like I am out of luck if there aren't any fixes to try...

What happens when you put a different sim in your phone?
As stated above it is probably a hardware issue.

Is it a new phone or a used phone? If the SIM card works in another phone, then it is probably a problem with your Note 5 rather than with PM.
