Just got a new Sumsung Galaxy A50 and do the APN setting but still got no data.
Anyone can help?

@lesterlan Is data turned on? If you dial *#*#4636#*#* select Phone Information waht does it show under Data Service and Data Network Type?

Sorry, just figure out I made a silly mistake. It turns out I did not turn on Mobile Data of the phone. It was hidden in Data Use setting.

I just got this phone from the mobile shop with koodoo plan. And I try to switch to my public mobile sim card, which has data plan, to the new phone.

Can you show us a screenshot of your APN settings? And where did you purchase this device from? Sometimes, phones that were intended to be sold in different worldwide markets may not have the correct settings on them.

@lesterlan First check if you have data available to use in your self-serve account. If yes, double check the APN settings. Post screenshot of APN settings here and we can try to spot if any error.
