Since joining with PM, sometimes email content doesn't load from my phone (most often when I'm out of the house), calls drop and internet functionality is unavailable or spotty. For example I ask siri to call one of my contacts and then it doesn't work, when before switching that would work nearly all the time. I was with Koodo before. What do I do?

Thanks for your reply 😃 I have 4.5GB which is more than I had at Koodo. I never ran out before. What is a network reset and what does it accomplish?

@craftthefutureFirst do you have plenty of data with your plan? If you are out of data, Siri etc won't work. Have you done a Network Reset since you had moved from Koodo?
