Cant get to register my new simcard ..Ive put it in the phone already and i still have the old one ...i get an error when i enter the sims number in the replacement page ..Never had any issues with PM ..

@maximbeaulieu91 You should be able to replace soon cards by doing into selfserve and selecting the change soon card option. If you are still having problems submit a ticket to PM.

Log into you account to make sure it has not been registered. Try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot and try again.
