Sim card blocked and number deleted permanently

Hi there. My husband has been out of country since 16th January 2020 now and he had not set his account on AutoPay, neither he upgraded his plan. After around 85 days, he got a mail that he has to upgrade or his number will be blocked. He missed that opportunity and through virtual assistant he has been told that his number is deleted permanently. He can't even log in to his public mobile account. Is there any way to retrieve back the number?

@ayeshafarhanali the account and number is gone. You need to activate with a new SIM and email address. Stay safe.

Here's 4 articles on activation and porting and the Refer a friend reward  if you need them:

1. What you require to activate https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/what-you-need-to-activate
2.How to activate https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/activation-account-set-up

@ayeshafarhanali Just activate a new SIM with a different email address. Treat his old number is gone, or you'll be dithering about for days trying to get service again.

If you have a PM number, give him your referral code for $10 credit to his new account, and $1/30 days on yours.

Although if he transferred his number from a previous provider then the number will revert back to them.
