Recently one of our phones has been constantly saying that there is no network available. The other phone in the house, also on Public Mobile, is working fine.
We've tried restarting the phone, sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't. We've tried taking the sim card out and back in, again, sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't.
Not sure what else to try, any suggestions?

If the preferred network type is set to LTE preferred, it will drop down to 3G before completely dropping out. In this case, 3G only might not do anything.

Just looked up that phone here: https://willmyphonework.net
Slight mismatch for LTE ON PM's network: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Getting-Started/ta-p/162

Have you tried inserting the SIM card from your other phone to the A5 to see if the network still drops?
