SIM CARD LOCKED PUK CODE

HI , I wanted to put a sim card pin lock. But they asked me for the sim card pin that was already in usage. I entered the bad code and it now locked complety my phone and my sim . So now it says : Enter the PUK code. SIM CARD IS PUK-LOCKED. I really need help please. I can't use my phone. PLEASE!!!!!!!!

You must proceed on the assumption it will take 2 days to recover the use of your current SIM. As I see the situation you have 3 options:

a) get a new SIM and switch SIMs from within your self serve account,

b) get voip service to use with wifi - fongo.com for example has free Canada wide calling,

c) activate on a different carrier and port-out your PM number if you want it. (really just a more expensive version of a).

Moderators are available:
  • Monday to Friday from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time.
  • Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time.

Nobody really knows except for moderators.  

If not busy, 30 minutes to a few hours wait.  If busy, 24-48 hours wait (crazy busy - even longer waits).  Official policy is up to 48 hours to respond.

What brand and model of phone do you have ?

If you need a PUK code from Samsung.

Samsung is giving unlock codes.   Start a live chat session from Samsung's Contact Us page:   http://www.samsung.com/ca/info/contactus.html?CID=AFL-hq-mul-0813-11000170Inform the rep that you would like to unlock your model of phone and provide the IMEI & Carrier info In a few (2+) days, you will get the unlock code via email.

We are all customers like yourself.  We have no access to account issues.  You will need to wait for moderator response unfortunately.  Due to demand of their services, there is usually a wait time.  You may get lucky and maybe they will get hold of you soon.

If you can't wait, I guess that you can buy another brand new SIM card and replace it into your account.  Then the locked SIM card will be useless and you can still use your phone with the new PM sim card.
