Receiving calls/text messages

Hi, I can't receive calls/SMS on an OPPO phone.  I have done all the things suggested by Public and Oppo websites in order to fix this (e.g. restart phone, check blocking/forwarding etc.) but it's not working. I can make calls and send SMS so seems to be only a matter of receiving.

No that you put the SIM card in another phone put it back in yours and reboot. Can you recieve texts and calls now? This is a work around for a separate issue that has recently cropped up.

@jlacland

Put your SIM card in another unlocked phone. If it works then it is not a SIM card/account problem but an issue with your OPPO phone. You might want to try a factory reset if it is.

If you have another phone try swapping the sim.

Also try a network reset.

If you still need assistance then submit a ticket.

I'm new to Canada, so got Public number when we first arrived. It has been working no problems up until the last week.
