I got my SIM card from public mobile and lost it so I got another SIM card from public mobile insert in my phone and it says no service and locked
How can I get my SIM card to work and unlocked the same cell phone
Please help

I changed the SIM card number on self and I never report it stolen or lost

@brentina74 Did you change the SIM from within your self service account? And you need to take your phone off of lost/ stolen if you enabled it.
