Sorry to hear you're habing issues.  This could be for a host of reasons.  Firstly, let's make sure your APN settings are correct:

 

Make sure your APN settings are as follows:
Set up your APN
Name: PM
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy: Leave blank
Port: Leave blank
Username: Leave blank
Password: Leave blank
Server: Leave blank
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication type: Leave blank
APN type: Leave blank

Hello @pm6019,

 

After double-checking your APN settings as mentioned by @Taekgun, make sure that you still have data available in your account. To do so, you can login to your account and review the data availble in your overview page. It is very possible that you had a rogue app that used up all your data and now you are out for the remainder of this billing period (30 or 90 days) - hopefully this is not the case!

If I were a betting man, I'd put money on having exhaused the plan's data allotment for the current cycle.  But it could be a number of things.
