Hello there I need help my data ain't working everything else is when I turn on my data nothing shows LTE .I have the 45 dollar plan

Thank you very much too everyone helped me with this problem I did one of the solutions and my data is up running thank too you all that responded and helped me 

@chuckpettis10 reset tour network settings and restart your phone if it doesn't automatically do so.  Welcome to PM. Stay safe. 

Reset Network Settings SAMSUNG Galaxy A20
  1. Turn on the mobile by using the Power button.
  2. After that select Settings.
  3. In the next step choose General management.
  4. Now tap Reset and Reset Network Settings.
  5. Choose Reset Settings.
  6. Accept the whole operation by tapping Reset.
  7. Great!

Enable data and try sending an mms message and surfing the internet.

@chuckpettis10 reset your network settings

 

Android Samsung reset network:
1. Open Settings>General Management>Reset
2. Tap Reset Network Settings>Tap Reset Settings
If prompted enter your pin, passcode
3. Tap Reset Settings 1 more time to confirm

What make/model/submodel phone is it?

Check your self-serve and see if you have data left. It should show on the overview page lower down under data & add-ons. If no data line shows then you've used it all.

@chuckpettis10  Are your using iPhone or Android? 

What kind of phone do you have? Had internet worked in past? If yes maybe you're out of data. Check your self serve account. If no follow below.

 

Try changing APN settings.

 

This picture is what is on my phone for APN settings.

Add them reboot phone and try. If they don't work try the below.

Still would need to know make and model of phone as some phones need different tweaks

@chuckpettis10 hi has it worked before?if so check your self serve addount to see if you have used it all under data and add ons

@chuckpettis10 if this is a new activation and you have data, then it may be your APN settings.  Enable data and try sending an mms message. If it works , then your APN settings are correct. If not, in general 20200506_104406.jpg
