- If it is a Samsung phone you can navigate to the Canadian Samsung website and live chat with a Rep. Ask them you need assistance to unlock your phone. (You will need the IMEI # ready and the model of your phone. i.e. Samsung Galaxy S10)
- Carrier: Navigate to the carrier website and live chat with them ask them the above question!

@Dallas1 , are you referring to SIM Personal Unlocking Key (PUK) code ? If so, you need to get that from the moderator team. If you are running a locked phone and need the unlock code, then contact the service provider that the phone was purchased from. They will be able to supply the code free of charge.
is your phone locked on your previous provider or on Public? If from a previous provider, you can call them and they wll unlock the phone for you. Free of charge. It should not be locked on public as they do not provide phones.
If you have an iphone you can also call apple and they can let you kow abou the unlocking process. I would assume it would be the same for any brand of phone.
