@Username1234567 What type of a phone is it? If your phone is locked to the previous provider. You must get the Network Unlock PUK code from your previous provider. If it's an iPhone then the provider will unlock it without the need for a code.If your phone is a Samsung you might be able to get an unlock code from the Samsung website via a chat

If it is your sim card's security PIN that you've entered numerous times incorectly, that would be why would need the sim card's PUK. You need to go to your old service pervider they can unlock your phone for you or there are lots of websites that unlock phnes
