Phone paid - no service - URGENT

Hi,

I paid my plan on Apr 8 but today I'm unable to make or receive calls. There's a message saying that I don't have a plan.

If I sign in on my account it asks for a payment my I'm enrolled in AutoPay.

What should I do?

@elsaluis  and @T-Dot-Traveller , there seems to be a fairly widespread issue affecting user accounts resulting in spurious loss of service.  You will need to contact the moderator team to have service restored.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Please include a detailed description of the issue and the required resolution. Me too - I hasve been on auto pay since before Telus bought Public Mobile
