Hi there,

I have Huawei (model POT-AL00a). Can't find it with your compatibility tool. Is the phone compatible?

@sding  Any time a phone is missing compare a phone's specs to Network Frequencies at PM

  • 4G LTE/LTE Advanced: 700 MHz, 850 MHz, 1900 MHz; 2100 MHz downlink with 1700 MHz uplink (AWS). PM throttles speed on these to 3 mbps.
  • HSPA (3G): 850 MHz, 1900 MHz (UMTS). N.B. Must have these for calls to work. Texting and data also work on the 3G frequencies.

@sding : Looks rather light on LTE but it would work fine for voice/text/3G data.

Yes it will, @sding

One way to be 100% sure is if a friend/family with Public Mobile can lend you their SIM card to put in the Huawei phone - if all calling/texting features work, you're good to go.
