Not receiving texts

Hello, yesterday my phone stopped receiving text messages from anyone. Can someone please help resolve? Phone is Samsung Galaxy s7. It stopped working after I received a text saying my us roaming was about to expire.

This is a known bug. You will have to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your ph#, account# and an explanation. They will get in touch with you soon.

Would you happen to know more about this known issues?  Known issues should be readily addressable.

For some reason, when a US roaming add-on expires, the texting part of the add-on doesn't get properly disabled from our back end system right away, which causes confusion with regular text messages. 

 

The issue usually gets self-resolved within 12-24 hours. Customers who don't want to wait that long (which is totally understandable) can send us a private message and we can manually disable it from our end.

Thanks for the explanation.  Apart from the money grab, this antiquated 20th century form of messaging should be deprecated out offered up for free.
