Not compatible with vivo v9

Hi everyone.. 

I have ported my network from Fido to public mobile few days back.. Since then I couldn't make any calls.. It seems public mobile network not compatible with my phone.. It's vivo v9 .please let me know what can I do to make it work in my mobile.. Please help me

This phone is compatible on 3G and only compatible with band 7 on LTE.  So, it will be a little hampered on data performance.  That said, outgoing calls should work even if a number port is stuck or in progress.  It could be an account setup issue.  The moderator teams should be able to resolve the account problem.

@Surya  That phone supports the 3G bands so it should work with PM. It's missing 4G bands 4 and 7 so that may be an issue for data when using LTE.

 

Keep your phone on 3G and you should be able to call out.

Are you able to text in or out?  Data?  It might be a stuck port, but you should be able to text out and talk out.  Not able to receive anything.  

 

Maybe try the SIM card in another phone.  To determine whether it is a hardware issue versus PM Service issue.

@Surya @ you can check it on willmyphonework.net Do you have 3g in the settings since you need that for calls!  LTE will work for data and text!
