I got an iPhone for Christmas and decided to join Public Mobile on the 26th of December. So far, I love the reception and enjoy my new plan. However, I can't seem to get text messages or phone calls on my new phone but only on my old phone that's linked to freedom. Please help ASAP.

Sounds like your number port request from Freedom to PM is stuck.
It usually takes from a few minutes upto a couple of hours for the number to port. I wish you had reached out sooner and you could have had this fixed already.
Anyways, send a private message to @CS_Agent and provide your public mobile account number, email address. In order to resubmit the number port request, provide the following info: Freedom phone number, Account number and the name of the account holder. Double check to make sure you are giving the correct information.
