Three of the public mobile cell phones in my household cannot send or receive text messages or phone calls for the past day. I can’t seem to find an outage in my area.

I wonder what the statistical chance of two phones from the same household having an autopay failure? Together....

I Restarted my phone and then it worked fine. 

@Spoonsmom  how did you fix the 3rd phone? The one without the autopay problems. Thanks.

Thanks. I figured it out. Auto-pay did not go through on two of the phones. I fixed it and they are fine now. 

 

[Third phone needed a reboot  😀; though reminds of "2 out of 3 ain't bad" .......... Luddite]

@Spoonsmom  try these tricks to restart your phone service. You could try in order:
1. Restarting your phone. Turn your phone off, wait 30 seconds and restart.
2.Putting your phone on aeroplane mode for 5 minutes. Take it off and restart.
3.From your self service account enable the lost/ stolen feature log out, wait 5    minutes, log in and take it off. Log out and restart your phone.
4. Add a one time payment and of $1 To your account and restart your phone .

If these tricks don't work contact a moderator and ask them to reset your SIM. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.  This connects to the autobot Simon.  Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket).

Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen.  The mods answer will show up there.
You can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification in your email INBOX.
My settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save

Maybe the Telus network is overloaded in your area.  There have been some reports of unreliable calls recently.  

 

You could try rebooting phone.  Toggle airplane mode on, then off (reconnects to network).  Maybe network reset.

No, two are on the same day, one is different. 

@Spoonsmom Since three different devices aren't working, this unlikely the result of device issues.  Do all have payment due on the same day? Do calls and data still work?
