New Phone on PM

I have a unlocked HTC One.  Currently works on Petro-Canada mobile.  Pop in the new sim and I get nothing.  Any ideas?  Network within settings shows Unknown.

@mrlayanceIf I am reading correctly your phone is working with PetroCanada / Rogers right now? If so, find another known working and unlocked phone and try the PM sim card.  If the SIM card works.. it is not a problem with your phone but with PM. The public database could still gets its information wrong.

BTW the PM SIM card has to be activated in order to display Public Mobile (so it needs to have a paid plan), as it has to be provisioned by the network. If not it will say No Service.

@mrlayance unfortunately you will not be able to use that phone with PM (and likely not with any Canadian mobile provider).
