@Jennkudlak , what model of phone do you have. Does talk and text work?  Likely you need to update your APN settings.  Use the help pages on how to.  It's pretty easy and helpful.  I typed APN and got this.  Good luck.

If you have a LG phone, do a network reset + restart your phone after changing provider before the data working again.

 

Always do the simple thing first:  Enable data and restart your phone to let PM SIM to initialize your APN setting before manually update your APN setting.
