Like the title says, I just want to be sure that the blackberry keyone is compatible. It is unlocked so no issue with that. I currently have the Blackberry Priv so I don't think there should be an issue but when I entered my IMEI to find out if it was compatible, it says it cannot locate it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Where did you purchase your KEYone from? Any Canadian variant should work as long as it is unlocked (if it was purchased from TELUS then it should work without being unlocked).
The best thing to do would be to look up the model number and see what bands it supports.

I cant find any links though. Can someone please help me!
Your KEYone is compatible with Public Mobile's bands as it's a Canadian model, you'll just need to have it unlocked in order to use a SIM card other than one from Rogers. The "device not found" message you're seeing on the device compatibility check page is likely an error since the KEYone is still fairly new.
Check out the following link, which confirms that your model supports the bands used on Public Mobile's network. https://www.frequencycheck.com/compatibility/vq5R6/rim-blackberry-mercury-bbb100-1-td-lte/countries?...
Hope that helps.
Thank You so much for the confirmation!
As a side question, I've seen website say they can unlock it for as low as 9$ CAN while other say 30$ US. Is ther a reliable but cheap website that can do it?
I've had good luck with www.cellunlocker.net in the past. It looks like they are charging $24.99 USD for an unlock on a Rogers KEYone.
