My phone is not working

What specifically about your phone doesn't work?

Is this from a new activation or it was working before and then stopped?  does it power on? Do you have signal bars on top corner?  Tried Sim card on another phone?  Need more information cause it could be anything at this point

Do you mean your hardware phone is not working or your mobile service is not working.

 

Need way more info to troubleshoot...

Did you just activate with Public Mobile?

 

Try one or more of the below:

*turn off your phone, leave off for a couple minutes, the reboot

*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode

*reset network settings

*Is your phone locked? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.

*Check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

 

 

EDIT: Can you try your SIM into another compatible phone, to see if you have services?

can you try manually selecting network "3G ONLY" or WCDMA only,

and do Rebooting your phone 

This is quick and simple,

 

*what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

 

or can you try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

1. power off your device

2. take out the SIM card,

3. waiting a 1 minute

4. put it back and power on,

5. toggling airplane mode off/on,  

 

and do again Rebooting your phone,

 

and if still not fix it you Have To Submit a Ticket To Contact Customer Support Agent by  ,

Can you provide more information ?

Are you able to make calls, send texts, or use data ?  Log into your account to check your status.  Try rebooting your phone.  If you have a second phone then try swapping the sim to see if it works.
