Hi I have a Moto G that i bougth on May 2014 and i put it to charge and i came back later to pick it up and expecting having full charge. My phone was totally off and i try to power up, it came the motorola logo and then the screen went black. After that, it try to power up the cellphone and nothing. I even try to boot it to factory reset and nothing. I haven't got a year with it.
How i proceed with this with public mobile? There is no phone to contact a customer support. No store to go. I want a replacement now.
Anyone from public mobile has an answer?
I have one Moto G before and my battery died after 8 months.. I was lucky, it was still under warranty! so I shipped it out to the store and they replaced me another one
