You need a moderator. The best way isn't by private message. Open a ticket clicking the question mark.

@GaethanoSince Iphones don't have network unlock codes, If you have extra attempts try 1234, if not you will need to contact the moderators to get the PUK code.

There are different "PUK" codes.  What is the exact message that your iphone is showing?

@Gaethano Your phone might be locked to the previous provider. You must get the Network Unlock PUK code from your previous provider.
If your phone is a Samsung you might be able to get an unlock code from the Samsung website via a chat.

Also...if it's a Samsung phone and the message is saying something about network puk then the phone is locked to the previous provider. Samsung has a nice service to give you an unlock code. Otherwise you'll need to talk to your previous provider.
