My Alcatel LinkZone doesn't share any connection.

Hey! I have an Alcatel, which is being used by me for over a year. Today I turned it on, and the first LED light is red. That has to mean there is no connection. I tried connecting and my device says that I am connected to the Wi-Fi, but there is no connection.

Any solutions?

If you set your phone to 3G only, does it turn blinking green and then green?

On my phone, settings, more, Cellular Networks, preferred network type.

@oversonPop the SIM card out and put it in a phone and see if you have any connection?

If there is a connection, log into the device's website and check the APN.
