Moved from iPhone 8 to 12 - APN settings

According to Public Mobile Step by Step APN configuration instructions,my APN setting for an iPhone should be "sp.mb.com". On my last iPhone and this new one - they automatically set up cellular data as "isp.mb.com". Both worked perfectly. Why the difference?

@ve7rhf iPhones don't need their APN settings changed

just reset your network settings and test if the internet works. don't mess around with the APN settings

1. From the home screen navigate to Settings>General>Reset
2. Tap Reset Network Settings
If prompted enter your passcode
3. Tap Reset Network Settings
4. Restart your phone
