@pazmariano reset your network settings and restart the phone. Samsung's will usually propagate the correct APN settings for the phone.
Enable data, Restart your phone, reenter your wifi if applicable. Try sending an mms text message and to surf the net. Stay safe. Welcome to PM.
Thanks for your suggestion. Tried the steps but still failed to connect using mobile data.
@pazmariano restart your phone, enavle data and try to send an mms text message. If that works, your APN settings are correct. Log into your self service account and see if you have data available it should look like xxx/ 250mb at 3g speed. See below.
Hi. Is the Samsung a51 compatible? Thanks!
@Lise01 generally yes. There are a few variants of the A51 sold in other parts of the world, but if you acquired it in North America it is definitely compatible.
EDIT: there are Russian and Autralian variants that I'm less sure about, but the Global versoin SM-A515F/DSN (Global) and Latin American SM-A515F/DS (LATAM) will certainly work. I'm not sure about the Brazilian variant either actually.
I just received a Samsung Galaxy A51 (model SM-A515W) as a gift and it does not appear on the compatibility list. Thanks
@JJordens17 according to this site its 100% compatible has both the required 3g and 4g LTE bands. Stay safe. https://www.phonegg.com/phone/13036-Samsung-Galaxy-A51
