It has been over 100 hrs - re response POOR CUSTOMER Service

@CS_Agent it has been over 100 hrs since my issue is reported and still no resolution - why are you guys doing this to paying customers ???  No service/account is being used by another customer in a different province - at least tell

me what is going on! 7 direct messages and even a reply saying “will reinstate” on Wednesday but since then dead silent.

Update: 

 

I got my service back  on mid-day last Monday. Still there is no communication from @CS_Agent how this happned. The reason for delayed reply was given as "for some reason, the message was delivered but not received on my end" whihc is hard to believe. 

 

I am still waiting for reply from them on results of the investigation by thier back-end team as they promised. 

 

Overall - I am not a happy customer and may accept Koodoo offer and move on.

Sorry hear that. The mod team is busy then usual. But they should've got back to you within the time you have given. I'll try tagging @CS_Agent, and hopefully someone gets back to you asap.
