I was doing some research with regard to a Moto G operating in Lebanon.

Neither carrier in Lebanon provides 4G LTE service, but both transmit 3G signals on the 2100 MHz frequency. This is one of the frequencies on which a PM Moto G operates.

Both have a 2G network, which would be unavailable to you because it functions on 900 MHz, for which Moto G phones are not enabled.
