How to disable completely voicemail?

Could you please let me know how I can completely disable voicemail?

Here is a previous post by  @Nezgar 

Once the notification has been cleared by completing the voicemail setup, there are two further options for preventing someone from actually leaving a message:

1. Enable the extended absence greeting, whereafter you also can disable allowing callers to leave a message. Follow the details in this post: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Getting-Started/Re-Disable-Voicemail/m-p/213805/highl...
2. Public Mobile doesn't support disabling conditional call forwarding that normally defaults to the voicemail system, but you can set them to an invalid number instead so callers either get a fast busy, or endless ring.    To set, dial: *004*8080000000#
   To reset to default, dial: #004#

You can do this:

dial into your voicemail and log in with your PIN.

In the main menu, press 3 (manage greetings),  then 4 (manage extended absence greeting),

then 2 (record a new extended absence greeeting) and record a message that indicates to your caller you are not accepting messages.

Then press 4 to turn on extended absence

Finally, press 5 to dissallow anyone to leave you a message.

@KK5 Try to "disable" voicemail, by dialing *004*8080000000#
This will cause all calls to either ring forever or get fast busy at the point they normally would have been diverted to the voicemail system.
