can you try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,
1. power off your device
2. take out the SIM card,
3. waiting a 1 minute
4. put it back and power on,
5. toggling airplane mode off/on,
and do Rebooting your phone
*what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.
and try manually selecting network "3G ONLY" or WCDMA only,

This is quick and simple,
if you still have that issue you need to test your SIM card in another device to check it your device issue or SIM card, and if same issue you need to replacement SIM card.

Strange. I have been using Honor Play for more than three years without a problem. I used it inside and outside Canada without a single hitch. May be your hardware is faulty? If it's a new phone, ask for a replacement.

@Dtack did you try your SIM on another phone? Just want to confirm if it is phone issue or Account/SIM
Also, reseat sim might help as that might be a SIM connection/connector issue
did you try to update the firmware to the latest version?
which Honor phone you have? Someone have same issue with Honor 5X

@Ev1624 - that sounds very odd. I think around the one hour mark calls will drop, but not after 15 mins. I would turn your phone on and off, put it in airplane mode and then back to regular, check that you are on the proper network and try a different sim card in your phone and see if it has the same problem. Check the phone settings. Good luck!

Try putting your phone on 3G only to see if it helps.

Try rebooting your phone. Have you recently made any OS updates ? If you have another phone then try swapping the sim.
