Moderators can assist you in recovering your pin.

Here’s how to contact the Moderator Team (Public Mobile representative) for assistance:

  • Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. Choose the chat bubble in the lower right hand corner and follow the prompts.
  • Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

@Jlambourn Unless you changed your SIM card's PIN, it will always be 1234.  If you're wondering, moderators can't provide you with this code. If you changed it from the default, they don't know it. The moderators can provide you with the SIM card's PUK, which can be used to reset the SIM card's PIN to one of your choosing, or to regain access to services on that SIM card.

Only moderators can provide you with the 4 digit pin.

Two ways to reach them.

However if it's and Android phone and it's the same one you used to sign up with Public Mobile you may be able to find it via sim card messages.

Open your text app. On the right click the 3 dots and go to settings then go to advanced settings and click sim card messages. It might be there.
