Drop calls exactly after 7 minutes three times this month so far.

Can you explain the situation that we have to wait for a resolution 30 days!? I am guessing you are kidding or you strongly believe public mobile is worst cell provider.!!

Obviously, any more than 4 or 5 days is stretching the definition of what would be considered reasonable IMO. 

 

I don't quite understand why you haven't received a response by now.  Maybe you need to tag one of the moderators?

A number of months ago, there were issues affecting customer accounts resulting in dropped calls.  That bug has been successfully dealt with as there hasn't been reports of dropped calls for some time.  This could be something new or isolated problem with one account.  As already suggested, contact the moderator team to investigate this.
