I would stay away from this model. I can't find any information about this model other than from the website that are selling it. These sites are simply copying and pasting the same information from somewhere else saying for 3g WCDMA "1900MHz optional", so it sounds as if these sites aren't quite sure themselves what they're selling.

Find the specs and look for
3G or WCDMA or UMTS or HSDPA and look for 850 and 1900
That's voice. You need both.
Then look for 4G or LTE bands 4, 5, 7, 12
You can do texting and data on either 4G or 3G.
