A couple of questions first:

 

  1. Made sure you phone is compatible with PM?
  2. Android or iPhone?
  3. What plan do you have?

You need to configure the APN on your phone if it was not configured automatically after inserting your new PM SIM card and restart your phone.

@popping...unless it's an iPhone 4 or older which needs the workaround through the unlockit site, or it's an LG that needs a network reset and possibly also a factory reset (depending on whether or not the network reset did the trick) to get the data flowing.

What is the brand and model of the phone?  Some require some additional steps.  We can help, but you have to help us help you by giving more details.
