Data problem

deepg82

I just got a new phone; Ulefone Note 11P. I checked my account, I have data. Phone works fine on wifi but not on data. Just says OFFLINE. Tried using the same APN settings as my old phone.

Thanks!

What did you finally do to resolve this issue? I am facing the same issue with the same phone now. Could you help? Network Reset and even factory reset didn't help.

@deepg82

This may be something you have done...but just checking - Is your Data option enabled?

If so, I would start with a Reset of your device's Network Settings.

Then see if Data works. If not check the APN settings, by methods already provided.
