I had data with Telus before moving to Public Mobile. I have purchased data in my plan but am no longer able to send picture texts or use data in general. Any suggestions what might have changed? Thanks

Are you sure the PM APN setting was selected? What type of iPhone is it?

Thanks. I changed the APN to be sp.mb.com and restarted the phone, but when I turn off my wifi and try Safari I still get the message "... because your iPhone is not connected to the internet". When I try the weather app I get the message "Could not activate cellular data network. You are not subscribed to a cellular data service". I see under Settings, General, About that it says my carrier is TELUS 16.0 even though it shows Public Mobile at the top of my phone and under Settings, Carrier it shows Public Mobile (when I click here it says "automatic".

You APN setting is not correct.
1. Change the APN setting using the following link as a guide
https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile
2. Restart you phone are creating a new APN setting for PM.
3. If it does not work, double check your spelling.
4. If the APN is correct and still not working, what is the phone yur are using?

@chrisbasm the APN settings between Telus and PM are different they are not the same.

You need to make sure you have the correct APN settings. If you search on this forum for APN settings you should be able to get the settings and compare them against what you have on your device.
