I have a plan with 1 GB of data. When I have full bars of 3G, nothing loads still...

When you go into your account and plan, does it show you have a plan with 1GB data? 

If you check usage, did you use up your data already? 

 

Make sure in your phone's settings that your cellular data is turned on.
